Balogun Afolabi Oluwaloseyi, known popularly by the stage name, Seyi Vibez or Oluwa lo Seyi, is a fast rising Nigerian song writer, artist, and rapper. Born 11th of July, 1990, in Lagos State, Nigeria.

Seyi Vibez’s Biography

Balogun Afolabi Oluwaloseyi hails from Ketu, Lagos State, however, he grew up in Ikorodu in Lagos State as well. He attended primary school in Ketu (As-Sodiq Primary School), afterwards he moved to Ikorodu where he continued his secondary school education.

Seyi later furthered his education studying sociology in the University of Lagos despite coming from a poor background. Not much is known about the occupation of his mother, however, his father was known to be a plumber.

Balogun Afolabi Oluwaloseyi gained interest in music during his secondary school days. He would always do cover freestyle for his favorite songs to his friends and family. After a while, he knew his talent was to sing and dived fully into it.

He released so many so many singles during his university days but he never quite got the recognition he was after. Seyi said at a point he told his friends that he was considering quitting music but they discouraged him.

In 2021, Seyi Vibez rose to fame, his song, “God Sent” saw him gain massive attention and even got signed to a new label. His Debut album came shortly, titled NO SEYI NO VIBEZ, and the rest indeed is history.
