Jane hails from Lagos state, from the Surulere region where it is believed she had her primary and secondary school education. She went on to attend the University of Lagos where she bagged a BSc degree in Social Science.

She started her career as an entrepreneur immediately after her university day. But she never quite got the recognition she deserved until her son, Wizkid (Ayo Balogun) started making waves.
