Awontunde Samuel has always been hardworking, even as a child. Though he was given birth to in Ivory Coast, he and his family relocated to Lagos State, Nigeria in 2011. He attended Waslat Secondary School at Apogbon, Lagos State. Samuel was a smart child as a student in school. He was among the best students in his class.

Living his life with his family in Lagos island, proved to be more difficult than life in Ivory Coast. It took time for him to blend into the neighborhood and the Nigerian Culture.
